God is the Creator of everything. Therefore everything He owns. If God created me, then I am His. If an atom created you, then you are it's. I am going to come at this from a biblical and a scientific perspective because I know science is why some people don't believe in Jesus. Romans 1:20 states that there is no excuse not to believe in God. "His invisible attributes are clearly seen." God is within everything because he created everything. You are seeing his creations. Well, you could say, but Crystal. So is an atom. An atom is present in all things. But there is no evidence that atoms make up your spirit. But there is evidence that God does. Because I feel His presence. I became His child and I feel His love and peace within my spirit. You can say to me, well how can you be sure it is Him? It is a certainty. Like loving your family, for instance, you don't have to think about that or guess. You just know you do. I have the Holy Spirit within me shaping everything I do. So for all of you sciencey people out there. You will never be able to put someone's spirit under a microscope. Genesis 1:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." If the Lord put it on His heart and mind to gathering back together His breath and His spirit we would all return to dust. Job 34:14-15. Science works for God, not against Him. It always amazes me that God used the simplest phrases like, "Let the Earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the Earth." Genesis 1:11, and with all that also the plants make their own sugar and take light and water and bees carry pollen, all from Him saying a quick phrase. God's precious miracles are all around us. Birds, trees, childbirth. Love, God is Love. He instituted marriage and gets to define what Love is. " Love is Patient, Love is Kind..." 1 Cor 13:4 It is foolish to get married without Him at the center, what would be the point?! Because the whole purpose of marriage is to reflect Christ and His bride the church. This is why the man sacrifices for his wife and the woman submits to her husband. Even the clothes we wear are for God's glory. We do not just wear clothes because it is cold outside you know. But even clothes are a representation that we need a savior.  After Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit they were ashamed of their nakedness and tried to cover themselves with fig leaves, so God made tunics of skin. Genesis 3:21 and clothed them. Notice they were tunics of skin which means an animal had to die which was a foreshadowing of the blood of Christ for our sins.  My point is that it all goes back to the Lord. "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." 1 Cor 10:31. Our purpose is to glorify God. For those of you who have not turned to Jesus, it is like still being asleep, before receiving the Holy Spirit. " And do this knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed." Romans 13:11. I wrote this article to help you awaken. To be woke. Wake up! We can no longer take for granted all of the blessings of life. . We must give thanks for the food on our tables, the clothes on our back, our health and a place to stay. It is not enough to thank the universe, for there is a creator of the universe dying for a relationship with you! Literally! Jesus died to pardon any of your mistakes so that you can live with Him eternally, spiritually. He is the Son of God. You can't stay sleep forever, nor can you forever avoid the truth. He will get His glory. Amen.
