Rd your Bibles!

In Matthew 4 when Satan was trying to tempt Jesus, he quoted scripture. But he quoted it out of context. " For it is written. He shall give His angels charge over you,' and, ' In their hands, they shall bear you up. Lest you dash your foot against a stone.' and Jesus answered, "It is written again, ' You shall not tempt the Lord your God. The lessons we should learn from this scripture are a couple of things. First of all, the Devil knows the Bible too. Do not be ignorant! I see many Christians who do not know the word and are deceived.  If they only read the scriptures. And studied the scriptures. They would be able to see when the  Devil is trying to trick them. He tries to twist things to make them seem right, and even have you think that God will approve of your wrongdoing. But you will find, the more you read the Bible and allow the Holy Spirit to move, you will have more convictions. But that's good. We must memorize the scripture like Jesus did so that we will be prepared. When Satan comes he doesn't look bad. In fact, he looks good. This is why you have people confused. We need to read, study and memorize scripture. To prepare for the Devil's attacks. There is always more learning to do.
